• Tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a sold-out or cancelled concert.

• We reserve the right to change the advertised programme, but will do our best to post any changes on this website.

• Sponsors and those with disabilities are entitled to reserved seats in unnumbered areas, allocated at the discretion of Music at Oxford.

• Music at Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission.

• Lost or destroyed tickets can be re-printed by telephoning 0870 7500659.

• Tickets are non-transferable.
